Clients retain exclusive control over:
brokerage accounts;
bank accounts;
custody arrangements;
investment execution;
timing of transactions;
position sizing;
acceptance or rejection of any investment idea;
and all final investment decisions.
Any views, analysis, research, market observations, strategy discussions or investment-related communications provided by Global Z Capital FZCO are non-discretionary and require the client’s independent review and decision.
8. Client Eligibility
Global Z Capital FZCO provides consultancy services only to clients who meet the Company’s minimum eligibility requirements and any applicable legal or regulatory eligibility requirements.
The Company maintains a minimum eligibility threshold of €1,000,000 in investable capital.
Global Z Capital FZCO does not target retail investors and reserves the right to decline any enquiry, onboarding process, client relationship or engagement at its sole discretion.
